Spaghetti with Cheesy Tomato Sauce, Shrimp, Rosemary Recipe |
It's supposed to be Spaghetti with Shrimp, Spinach, and Rosemary but there was no feta cheese so I picked a random ready-made chunky tomato sauce with three-cheese and hoped my experiment would have a good output.
There I did the mixing and cooking of all the ingredients from the original recipe I planned to follow (except for the lemon) and added the sauce (not part of the original recipe). It smelled good, really... And my taste buds enjoyed it. Now, I wonder if you will enjoy it like I do.
Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
250 grams of spaghetti, cooked and reserved 1 cup of pasta water
1 pound uncooked shrimp, head removed, peeled and deveined
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
2 cups fresh baby spinach
salt and pepper to taste
250 grams Clara Ole Chunky Tomato with Three-cheese
grated cheese (optional)
Steps:
1. Pre-heat the large pan and add olive oil. Then, add the minced garlic shrimp, and dried thyme
2. Continue to stir fry until the shrimps are pink. That will take about four minutes.
3. Add the spinach and stir it. Cover the pan until the spinach is slightly wilted.
4. Add the spaghetti, spaghetti sauce, alt, and pepper. Continue tossing until all ingredients are combined. You can add more cheese if you want. Let the cheese softened and remove the pan from the heat.
